As an artist, I wish to share my works with as many people in the world as possible. However, it is also my legal right to choose who can use my copy-written creations for commercial purposes.
If you choose to ignore established copyrights with regards to my work, there are specific legal remedies provided by law. For example, unauthorized use for commercial purposes of artwork that has been granted a copyright are generally extend an automatic court judgment of $10,000 per occurrence. The owner of the copyright, may, at their sole discretion pursue a larger judgment of up to $150,000 per infringement, plus legal fees.
We have retained legal counsel to pursue all copyright infringements, and will vigorously defend our rights of ownership and license.
As a business owner, it is your responsibility to secure proper releases for all images you use for commercial purposes.
